Our Story

The Cake Addict was founded from my deep love for desserts. Desserts brings us joy and a sense of contentment. Each spoonful leading to deep satisfaction.   

I set out to chase this deep craving that would often haunt me after every meal.  

 

This also got me thinking that what often attracts us to food in general and a dessert in particular, is a deep seated associated memory. A memory which takes you back to a time, reminding us of a loved one, an occasion or to a certain time of our lives. At The Cake Addict, we want to help rekindle those memories, with our passion for baking and your desire for revisiting a precious moment in your life. Our story, which began in early 2014 as an expression of love, has now led us to the path of creating desserts that stimulate the finer senses of sight and taste in a way that surprises you, delights you and leaves you wanting more. The Cake Addict is now an expert craftsman of quality desserts par excellence. We are a proud cake artist and we bring to you a wide range of sweetmeats using only the finest all organic hand-picked and all natural products for the discerning sweet tooth!
